Project overview

Already an established and well-respected company, Shadowfax were initially looking to replace their out-of-date website to better reflect their service quality. However, we identified an opportunity to court a specific level of client in line with their retainer-based business model, so the decision was made to rebrand. The result conveys the professionalism, customer-focus and unique personality they are renowned for.

Brand

The company's IT services were underpinned by a broader mission: to create specific solutions to optimise clients' IT needs as a whole. The new brand therefore flips the traditionally 'technical' persona on its head with an organic feel to convey a more 'real' experience, one very much aligned with the human focus of the company's offering. It also presents a disruptive angle in a typically impersonal, industrial field.

With a brand lending itself to dynamic design work, there was a great opportunity to create a range of impactful and engaging materials to support brand awareness and specific sales drives. With marketing targeted to a particular type of customer (as opposed to blanket volume coverage), all supportive brand assets were created to resonate in the hearts and minds of both existing and potential customers.

Website

The website carries the brand ethos into the digital arena. Acting as an online brochure to convey the overall service message, the website contains concise, easily-digestible information with an overriding call-to-action to engage with the company’s expert consultants and start a valuable relationship. Additionally, there are functional service elements, with clients able to log into an interactive support portal.
